The proposal was developed for the affected bombsite  in Vieques Puerto Rico.  The project consists of a marine investigation center that will develop water and soil contamination studies in areas affected by USA. military practices. BioLab was designed in reference to scientific Petri Dish- each singular structure can’t travel independently while performing  contamination studies then returning to the main structure.
